Benefits
New employees are eligible to enroll in benefits on their start date, with insurance coverage beginning on the first or sixteenth day of the month following enrollment. Regular part-time employees are eligible for benefits if they work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Paid time to volunteer
Take up to 24 hours of your work time during the year to volunteer with an organization of your choice each year. Plus, you may also join your colleagues in an annual Team Giving project by selecting an organization for a group volunteer activity as well as a financial contribution from AgWest.
Corporate match program
Match up to $400 of your charitable contributions to an eligible non-profit.
Workplace flexibility programs
Hybrid options for employees based on location and role, with a home office stipend to help you get set up.

Recognition
Our peer-to-peer recognition program includes a $250 cash award and celebrates employees who live out our core values. Each employee is granted four awards to give out during the year.
