Professional, reliable farm appraisals

AgWest Farm Credit has certified appraisers located in branches and communities throughout the Western states in which we operate.

We provide appraisals for Farm Credit financing and estate and business planning and are known for our rural appraisal expertise and unbiased, objective approach to property appraisal and analysis. Our appraisers work closely with lending staff to understand and meet the needs of our customers.

Trained and certified

Our appraisers specialize in agricultural and rural properties. All have a state-certified general appraisal license and must complete a training program focusing on rural properties. Most have an agricultural background.

Confidentiality

Appraisal reports and information gathered by our appraisal staff are kept confidential within our appraisal unit. We will not disclose any confidential information without your authorization.

Fees

Appraisal fees are determined on a case-by-case basis. You’ll work with an appraiser to determine the cost, based on your unique property and appraisal report requirements.
