Andy Werkhoven

Andy Werkhoven serves on the AgWest Board of Directors. He was elected to the Northwest Farm Credit Services Board in 2021 and his term expires in 2026. He also serves on the Qualco Energy Board and the Executive Committee for Snohomish County Sustainable Land Strategies. Andy earned a bachelor of science in agribusiness from Dordt College.
Andy operates Werkhoven Brothers and Werkhoven Dairy in Monroe, Washington. He farms more than 1,500 acres for dairy forages, with a rotating mix of corn, grass, alfalfa, triticale, and pasture. He also runs a digester business processing all his operations’ manure and food waste from the Seattle area.
In his spare time, Andy enjoys hiking in the mountains with his family.
