Duane M (Skip) Gray

Skip Gray is in his eighth year as a director and was elected to the Northwest Farm Credit Services board in 2014. He is also serving his second year as a director on the Farm Credit Council. Through Gray Farms Inc. and two other operations he is partial owner of in Oregon, Skip produces hazelnuts, grass seed, vegetable seed and processed vegetables. He also has a small greenhouse operation producing plugs for transplanting.
Skip graduated from George Fox University. He graduated from TEPAP, The Executive Program for Ag Producers in 1990 and participates in ongoing education with AAPEX. He has completed the Farm Credit Premier Governance Series, has attended the PwC Audit training convention and has served on various local boards.
Skip and his wife Nancy have three children, each of which have two children. He enjoys time with friends, great books, aviation, his community and fun family events.
