Nels DeBruycker serves on AgWest’s Board of Directors. He was elected to Northwest Farm Credit Services Board of Directors in 2018. Nels has also served as Director for the Chouteau County Livestock Protective Association, Chouteau County Fair Board, Eldorado Cooperative Ditch Company, Diocesan Pastoral Council and Pastoral Council for St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Nels attended Northern Montana College, majoring in animal science and agricultural business. He is also a graduate of Hedrick School for Stockman, Oklahoma School of Horseshoeing, and Farm Credit Premier Governance Series. He is the president and owner, along with his wife Lorraine, of NLD, Inc. The operation is located near Choteau, Montana, where cattle, hay, small grains and horses are raised.

Nels is very proud of his family and operation and welcomes visitors, but just remember as you come down the driveway cattle, horses, dogs and kids run at large.
