Susan Doverspike

Susan Doverspike serves on the AgWest Board of Directors and was elected to the Northwest Farm Credit Services Board in 2015. She currently serves on the Harney Soil and Water Conservation board and Watershed Council board. 

Susan earned a Farm Credit Premiere Governance certification, is a REAL Oregon graduate and holds a Bachelor of Science and master’s degrees from Oregon State University. An active member of the Harney County CattleWomen she serves as secretary and chairs the Waterfowl Festival committee. As a member of Oregon CattleWomen, she serves on the book publication committee to educate youth about Oregon cattle ranching.

Through Susan’s operation, Hotchkiss Company, Inc. in Oregon, she produces cow, calf, yearling, native meadow, and alfalfa. Susan is a photographer specializing in agriculture and daily ranch activities. When not capturing images for publications, her favorite subjects are her six grandchildren who are the sixth generation on the ranch.
