Chief Business Solutions Officer

Denise serves as AgWest’s Chief Business Solutions Officer overseeing the departments that ensure both customers and employees have the tools they need to effectively conduct business with AgWest Farm Credit. Denise grew up in a small, rural community in the Texas Panhandle. She has an undergraduate degree from West Texas A&M in agricultural business & economics and a master’s in agribusiness from Texas A&M University. She’s also a graduate of Stonier Graduate Banking Program and received certification from Wharton’s Executive Leadership Program.

Denise has been with the Farm Credit System more than 20 years. Prior to AgWest, Denise was a member of Farm Credit West’s (FCW) Management Executive Committee in the role of Executive Vice President - Business & Customer Solutions. Prior to that she served as FCW’s Chief Underwriting Officer for five years and worked on their Strategy Team. Denise worked for Farm Credit Services Southwest for ten years and started her Farm Credit career with CoBank.

Denise resides outside of Phoenix, Arizona. She and her husband, Jon, have two teenage children and a small family farm. They love rooting for their favorite teams including the Diamondbacks, Sun Devils and Aggies.
