Chief Lending Officer

Josh Siler serves as AgWest’s Chief Lending Officer, leading all Lending and Insurance teams throughout the association.

Josh’s lending and leadership experiences have spanned a broad range of industries, market segments and states during his career. He has served as the Washington President since 2020, based in Pasco, Washington, where he served in several direct lending and credit roles. Prior to that, Josh was a credit analyst in Twin Falls, Idaho.

Josh grew up on his family’s wheat farm near St. John, Washington. He graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in agribusiness and a minor in finance. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, Whiskey-Tango and Foxtrot.
