Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer for AgWest Farm Credit, Tom oversees all financial functions, human resources and corporate administration. Prior to this role, he was EVP – Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for Northwest FCS for approximately 18 years and has 29 years of Farm Credit experience.

Tom serves as Chair of the Audit Committee for Financial Partners Inc., a technology services company. He is on the board of the Oregon State University Foundation and was past chair of the board for the Oregon State University Alumni Association.

Tom was raised on a small row crop farm outside of Ontario, Oregon. He graduated from Oregon State University in 1989 with a bachelor's degree in business administration and received an MBA from Willamette University in 1992. Tom is a licensed CPA in the state of Washington.
