Learning Activities Checklist

Select four items and send proof of completion as noted below to agvision@agwestfc.com.

As part of an exclusive offer available to AgVision Summit attendees, individuals can earn up to 20 RateWise credits by participating in the AgVision Summit and completing a minimum of four learning activities following the conference. Proof of completion must be submitted by March 31, 2024. Conference attendees who complete the required activities will be eligible for .5% off their next new loan or renewed operating line transaction.

Attend In Person BMC Programs

1. Visit AgWest's event registration page for in-person offerings through March 31, 2024. More coming soon
2. Email event agenda following attendance to agvision@agwestfc.com.  Each event counts as one activity towards required learning.

Business Plan Quick Start

1. Update/complete your business plan and include items described in the Business Plan Quick Start Guide.
2. Discuss any significant business plan updates with your Relationship Manager.

Personal Monthly Budget

1. Complete a current personal monthly budget
2. Compare how your actual budget compared to your planned budget.
3. Discuss your findings with your Relationship Manager.

Credit Report

1. Request/review your free personal credit report from one of three credit reporting agencies.
2. Document and address any needed corrections.
3. Highlight strengths and weaknesses and review with your Relationship Manager or AgWest designee.
4. Note areas of strength and outline your plan to address weaknesses in your credit report.

Business IQ/SWOT

1. Complete Business IQ and SWOT analysis for your operation.
2. Use the SMART Goal Template from the Business Plan Quick Start Guide' to establish a plan to address your top priorities for the next 6-12 months.
3. Share and discuss your findings with your Relationship Manager.

Balance Sheet

1. Complete Balance Sheet e-Learning at AgWestFC.com.
2. Update your Balance Sheet (personal or entity).
3. Create, share and discuss balance sheet goals with Relationship Manager.

12-month Cash Flow Budget

1. Complete Cash Flow Budget online e-Learning at AgWestFC.com. 
2. Update your Cash Flow Budget (personal or entity).
3. Create, share and discuss cash flow budget goals with Relationship Manager.
